Title:
Large deviation theorem for zeros of polynomials and Hermitian random matrices
Content:

Random matrix theory is a very active research domain with applications in mathematics, physics, biology, finance and information theory. Several mathematicians from Singapore and Vietnam are working in this field. In this talk, we will discuss a version of the semi-circular law on the distribution of the eigenvalues of a Hermitian random matrix. A new approach will be presented. It is based on a version of the large deviation theorem for the zeros of a random polynomial.
