Many problems in the fields of science, technology, economics, etc. such as weather forecasting, stock market forecasting, rocket and flight control, etc. lead to problems with very large amounts of computation and huge data storage that must be solved in a reasonable time. In order to effectively solve these problems, the solution of using high-performance computers and parallel computing has been studied by many domestic and foreign scientists. Parallel computing requires both parallel computing infrastructure and parallel algorithms. This course provides parallel numerical methods for solving large-scale computing problems on high-performance computers. The course includes 2 main parts:

• Part 1: parallel methods for matrix computations.
• Part 2: parallel methods for solving ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations
